Any candidate should have exposure to these type of companies. In addition, the ideal candidate has a history of success originating business primarily in the PIPE area, a strong educational background including a MBA, exposure to the healthcare, technology, media, and retail sectors, and the ability to work in a leadership role in the execution of deals.
