- getting new clients (Financial Institutions) & building strong & long-term relationships by face-to-face meetings, constant follow-up & delivery of excellent services
- negotiating terms of services, assessing & discussing client needs in terms of recruitment (mid-level and senior placements)
- working with your Team to search, head hunt, interview & short-list suitable candidates
- managing clients and candidates during the whole recruitment process
