Key Duties:

• Undertake research work
• Conduct analysis of the financial numbers of listed companies
• Present a well structured and comprehensive investment research report

Key Requirements:

• Degree/MBA holder with at least 3 years’ relevant experience in either investment or financial journalism
• CFA Charterholder preferred
• Strong understanding of the mechanics of the REIT market
• Familiar with financial reporting, modelling and valuation
• Performance oriented, self-motivated, and able to work both independently and within a team
• Excellent written and communication skills
