RESPONSIBILITIES
• Create and maintain complex financial models, project pro-forma, detailed analysis of potential acquisitions, net operating income, and cash flow projections from a property or portfolio of properties
• Play an integral role in the due diligence process, including, market research, comparable property analysis, lease contract and statements of operations review
• Analyze project risks and underwrite prospective deals, using various capital sources
• Work with lenders and outside consultants, including architects, engineers, and contractors
• Assist the management of income producing assets
QUALIFICATIONS
• Must have 2-4 years experience in real estate development, commercial real estate finance, or related field
• Pre-MBA
• Distinctive financial and analytical skills
• Very comfortable creating, modifying, and reviewing financial spreadsheets (ARGUS a plus)
• Ability to communicate and present ideas in a professional and highly demanding environment
• Self motivated, personable and team player with experience in a fast paced environment
• Commitment to values and strong business ethics are required
