Leading bulge bracket firm is looking to add an ACA, CFA or consultant to cover telecoms equipment companies

Our client is a top bulge bracket investment bank. They are now looking to add an equity research associate to their team to assist in the coverage of telecoms equipment companies. Businesses in this sectors would include Nokia and Motorola. The overall aim of the role is to generate and articulate investment ideas to your institutional and hedge fund client base. The role would, entail, however:

•Preparing company and market research papers

Financial modeling and analysis

•Taking responsibility for the delivery of research services.

•Delivering presentations to external and internal clients.

•Identifying and executing themes suitable for research activities.

•Oversee the maintenance of databases of key data

Candidate background:

•Graduate with a first degree or equivalent

• Working within accounting, investment banking, credit research, equity research, consulting

You will also be able to sell and market you ideas to clients, and demonstrate a real passion for financial markets at interview.
