The Manager of Compensation and Benefits is responsible for the planning and coordination of compensation, benefits, and HRIS services and strategies delivered to employees. The ideal incumbents will provide daily leadership and management to the Compensation and Benefits staff. The Manager will also lead and manage department projects as assigned by the Vice President of Human Resources. We are seeking candidates with a B.S. degree in Human Resources, Business or other related fields. Incumbent must have five or more years experience in compensation and benefits as well as supervisory level experience.
