Leading international Investment Bank with an enviable deal pipeline and fantastic brand are looking to expand their TMT sector team.

The London office of this rapidly expanding Investment Bank are seeking to hire an Senior Associate or Assistant Director/Vice-President for their TMT Corporate Finance team.

Acting as a NOMAD, as well as a mandated M&A and Capital Markets Advisor, they have a formidable track-record in advising in the European mid-market.

They are seeking the following:

- Experienced Corporate Financier with a history of executing deals in the mid-market

- Experience of both Equity Capital Markets and M&A transactions

- Knowledge of the Takeover Code and UK Listing Rules

- Experience of Technology, Media or Telecoms sectors would be ideal but is not essential

- Ability to manage and motivate a small team
