Top-notch multi-billion hedge fund is looking to hire a V.P. to work on hedge fund structuring projects. The position is with an exciting and successful Greenwich-based fund. A J.D. or CPA is necessary. An LLM would be a big positive. Top law firm, Big 4, Hedge Fund/PE experience preferable. 4-6 years experience, focused primarily on hedge fund or private equity structuring is desired. SIGNIFICANT TAX EXPERIENCE NEEDED. The successful candidate will work on fund structuring projects, including designing/adapting structures to maximize efficiency for investors and implementing financing and international investing structures as necessary.
