The Research Analyst works as a member of the investment monitoring team to provide independent oversight over the firm's existing investments across all hedge fund strategies, and ensures all characteristics supporting initial investment thesis for adding each investment to the portfolios holds true going forward.

Specific tasks include, but are not limited to development and adherence to customized monitoring plans for all of the firm's approved hedge fund managers. Monitoring plans include both quantitative and qualitative analysis in determining a managers' ability to successfully generate and maintain investment returns, manage risks and oversee management and direction of their firm.

* Strong analytical and quantitative skills * Strong writing skills * Ability to work independently * Ability to efficiently organize tasks and priorities * Ability to think independently and challenge conventionally accepted beliefs * Strong computer skills.

Strong Finance, Math, Statistics or Economics background. MBA or CFA preferred; and at least 2 or more years of hedge fund or fund of fund experience and product knowledge. Hedge fund or fund of fund experience required.
