Top NYC suburb Real Estate Private Equity firm is seeking a talented Sr. Associate/VP Real Estate Professional for its Real Estate Capital Market team. Responsibilities will include: (i) assessing mezz and B-note investing opportunities; and (ii) marketing real estate assets to 3rd-party sources for financing (including high yield/mez)and structuring/negotiating financing instruments/terms. Need to have a strong understanding of real estate finance/structuring and deep knowledge of the entire real estate capital market stack. Need 5-8 years of prior solid real estate experience including experience in real estate underwriting and structuring.
