Reporting to the RFP Manager, your main responsibilities will be the following: - Participate in answering Request for Proposals (RFP)s and Request for Information (RFI)s, for institutional and retail sales forces across Japan
Reporting to the RFP Manager, your main responsibilities will be the following:

- Participate in answering Request for Proposals (RFP)s and Request for Information (RFI)s, for institutional and retail sales forces across Japan

- Liaise with all internal contributors, including sales teams, product specialists, portfolio managers, product management and financial engineering to obtain all information necessary to complete the RFPs and RFIs

- Work with the Knowledge Management and Corporate Information content editor to ensure all information is accurate

- Participate in developing and maintaining Investment Consultants databases.

What are we looking for?

- Japanese as native language

- An excellent level of written English (or French) is essential

- Currently undertaking last year of a undergraduate degree (BS, BA, comparable) focused on economics or finance

- Self-motivation, attention to detail and an interest in producing high quality written documents

- Intellectual curiousity and a rigourous approach to work

-Demonstrated proficiency with MS word, Excel, Powerpoint and other publishing tools
