Role Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for the primary review of the global tax provision and associated financial statement disclosures.

Responsibilities:

  • The candidate should have substantial experience with FAS 109 and FIN 48, including tax policy documentation.

  • It is also expected that the individual will be process- oriented and focused on automation of many of our compliance functions.

  • In addition, this person will perform our primary SOX responsibilities, including the drafting of appropriate policies and procedures.

  • The incumbent will also serve as the primary reviewer of our Federal consolidated tax returns.

    • Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; a Masters is a plus; a CPA is a plus.
  • Previous managerial experience
  • 10 plus years of public accounting and private sector experience.
