The Senior Analyst must have at least four years of experience on the sellside covering the REITS industry, a strong following by the buyside community and a history of recognized success by publications like Institutional Investor. The ideal candidate also has excellent writing and communication skills, a strong background in finance most likely with an MBA or CFA, and experience working well with a large multi-faceted research team.
