As a Risk Manager, you will join a small, dynamic team that reports directly to the CEO of Private Banking.

You will, in particular, be responsible for managing ORM activities and providing risk management support for the Compliance Managers of your team.

Responsibilities

As ORM Officer, you will participate in the active management of the operational risks generated by world-wide Private Banking activities.

In particular, you will:

Translate ORM requirements into clear Private Banking actions and guidelines and interact with Regional and Local Operational Risk Managers for this purpose;

Coordinate and follow up on ORM activities throughout the business line in order to provide adequate risk management within Private Banking;

Develop and implement tailor-made techniques, formats or tools for risk management,including the proper application of policies and procedures for ORM, the Business Continuity Plan, Crisis Management, Personal and Physical Security and IRM.

Ensure appropriate Product Acceptance and Review Processes at international and local levels;

Arrange ORM training and facilitate Risk Assessment Sessions.
