Our client is an international banking group which provides asset and wealth management to a wide range of professionals, institutions and high-net-worth individuals throughout Europe and around the world. They are looking for an Real Estate Investment Analyst.

FUNCTIEOMSCHRIJVING:

The Real Estate Investment Analyst will develop and maintain real estate equity screening models and provide assistance in the real estate equity selection process including financial statement analysis, valuation analysis and management interviews. The analyst is also responsible for portfolio management analysis by maintaining up to date analysis on various aspects of portfolios, providing performance overviews of portfolios and monitoring and updating portfolio models. FUNCTIE-EISEN:

Candidates have an academic degree (Econometrics, Mathematics, Economics), with a specialisation in Real Estate preferably with some years of relevant experience in Real Estate. Candidates have strong analytical and quantitative skills. Team player, self-starter, accurate, enthusiastic, hands-on mentality are keywords. Candidates must fit into a result driven and very inspiring environment. Good opportunities are given in additional education and training. Because of the international character of the department, good command of the English and Dutch language both spoken and written is required. Good knowledge of Excel, programming skills would be preferred. Interested in CFA.
