Our client is a leading US investment bank's hedge fund who are looking for an experienced mandarin speaking individual with strong credit skills to join their credit investment team.
The ideal candidate could come from a number of backgrounds; IB fixed income research, leveraged finance, or credit/fixed income buy side experience. They should have around 5 years of working history and ideally experience across the entire Asia region. They must be fluent in Mandarin as the role will include coverage and investment analysis of China credits. Experience in distressed or special situatons would also be beneficial. This client is one of the largest investors in Asia with a superb and unrivalled track record of high returns and investment successes. It remains extremely buoyant and has an investment approach which has seen it prosper recently were others have floundered. This is an exceptional opportunity for an exceptional candidate.
