This young innovative company is currently looking to appoint a Product Development Manager within their Transfer Agency Team. Strong skills across transfer agency, project management and an appreciation for Alternative Investments are key.
Successful candidate will lead team to analyse, test, deliver and support the strategic development priorties of Transfer Agency group and address prgrammes relating to STP, automation & effieciency intitiatives, tactical and strategic product solutions.

Product Development:

  • To manage the Product Development Lifecycle from Project Initiation, Business Requirements Definition and appropriate sign-off, categorization of product changes, prioritisation with Systems, specification review, management of costs, deliverables, scope changes, and user acceptance testing through to roll-out and handover of ownership to TA Support Group and TA Operations.
  • To work with TA Product Manager to develop business cases (capacity, capability, cost) to support product enhancement; validate against the standard product blueprint
  • Identify, plan and lead the development of business requirements for approved developments – both tactical and strategic solutions
  • Assist TA Operations in scoping, managing and implementing automation and productivity initiatives
  • Work closely with clients in the development of client specific requirements
  • Management of infrastructure enhancement and implementation
  • Responsible for ensuring product vision and client needs are incorporated and maintained throughout development cycle
  • Ensure adherence and updates, where necessary, to Product Development Lifecycle

Essential skills:

  • Strong project management and organisational skills
  • Working experience of institutional and wholesale TA a must
  • Experience of Alternative Investments an advantage i.e. real estate, private equity, Hedge Funds
  • 5/6 years relevant experience either TA Operations or Product
  • Strong communication skills Manage cross jurisdictional multi-discipline teams/relationships
  • Ability to work under pressure and results orientated
  • Strong leadership and facilitation skills
  • Business analyst skills
