We are seeking a seasoned sales and marketing professional to join our already successful team for structured finance/real estate funds. This individual must have strong existing relationships with private clients, family offices, endowments, foundations and other financial institutions. Strong sales skills are essential.

Job Responsibilities

  • Independently build relationships with clients and handle client calls
  • Selling to, private clients, family offices, endowments, foundations and other financial institutions
  • Interacting frequently and developing relationships with investors on relevant fund operation issues
  • Generate effective marketing information.
  • Functioning as the liaison between internal support groups to identify key information needed for the sale.


Job Qualifications

  • Undergraduate Degree and Series 7 or graduate degree/MBA a strong plus
  • 5 to 7 years of experience in a sales and marketing capacity supporting some combination of structured finance funds, ABS, hedge funds, private equity funds, real estate funds, or asset management.
  • Superior written and verbal communication skills
  • Must be a team player who thrives in a dynamic and sometimes unstructured environment
  • Must posses an entrepreneurial, results driven attitude with an strong eye for detail
  • Strong enthusiasm for customer service
  • Should be able to contribute new sales ideas and identify new opportunities
  • Must have some knowledge of industry trends and the competitive landscape.
  • Any existing knowledge of contacts in this space would be a plus
  • Proven ability to foster and maintain business relationships internal partners and clients will be key in this candidates success
