Job Responsibilities - Independently build relationships with clients and handle client calls
- Selling to, private clients, family offices, endowments, foundations and other financial institutions
- Interacting frequently and developing relationships with investors on relevant fund operation issues
- Generate effective marketing information.
- Functioning as the liaison between internal support groups to identify key information needed for the sale.
Job Qualifications - Undergraduate Degree and Series 7 or graduate degree/MBA a strong plus
- 5 to 7 years of experience in a sales and marketing capacity supporting some combination of structured finance funds, ABS, hedge funds, private equity funds, real estate funds, or asset management.
- Superior written and verbal communication skills
- Must be a team player who thrives in a dynamic and sometimes unstructured environment
- Must posses an entrepreneurial, results driven attitude with an strong eye for detail
- Strong enthusiasm for customer service
- Should be able to contribute new sales ideas and identify new opportunities
- Must have some knowledge of industry trends and the competitive landscape.
- Any existing knowledge of contacts in this space would be a plus
- Proven ability to foster and maintain business relationships internal partners and clients will be key in this candidates success
