Primary Responsibilities: - Serve as the primary contact for investor inquiries
- Provide concise and consistent communications to the investment community regarding the company’s operating results and business strategies
- Respond to shareholder inquiries and concerns
- Provide shareholders and potential investors with current public information
- Maintain centralized database of retail and institutional shareholders, potential investors, and analysts
- Assist with the content development for news releases, quarterly publications, conference call scripts, investor presentations, and quarterly earning releases
- Manage the production and distribution of quarterly new releases and shareholder mailings
- Review industry, competitive and shareholder analysis and provide feedback to management
- Responsible for the management and administration of the monthly Direct Stock Purchase and Dividend Reinvestment Plan
- Assist with planning and managing the annual investor relations event calendar,including investor conferences and road shows, the annual shareholder meeting
- Responsible for uploading relevant current content to Redwood’s investor website
Interested candidates should have held similar investor relations role within the financial industry and proven to be a strong communicator. Experience in interacting with investors at all levels is desirable. The Assistant Vice President of Investor Relations will work closely with the Chief Financial Officer and the management team.
Job Requirements: - Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Business, or related experience
- 3 to 5 years of Investor Relations/Corporate Communications experience
- Strong financial and analytical background
- Advanced PC skills – Microsoft Office Platform
- Outstanding Communication skills, both oral and written
- Excellent organization and interpersonal skills
