Group Sales Representative – Trainee position (1 to 3 years of outside territory sales experience a must. We will consider candidates from any industry that have a proven track record)

Responsibilities / Requirements:

• We are looking for inexperienced Group Insurance Sales Reps looking to transition from a current Territory Sales position. We want candidates that are top producing territory sales rep in their respective industry that are looking to work in group insurance sales. This position provides substantial 6 figure upside potential.
• You will be selling group life, dental and disability to companies.
• 1 to 3 years of experience working a territory in a sales capacity a must.
• Demonstrated sales ability evidenced by previous attainment of sales quotas and successful account management experience demonstrated by persistency and proven relationship development.
• Ability to travel and a valid driver's license.
• Ability to successfully complete a background investigation to include, credit, motor vehicle record.

Training:
Comprehensive training will be provided. You will spend the first 8 to 9 months working with a Senior Group Sales Rep to help fully acclimate to the group sales side of the business. After the first 8 to 9 months of training, you will take over your own territory.

Compensation:

• Compensation first year (Base + guarantee +bonus and commission) will average around 60k. Many of the experienced Group Insurance Sales Rep make a strong 6 figure income.
• Strong benefits package will be provided.
