Offering a suite of trading, risk and back office STP solutions targeting the OTC Derivatives trading/banking space, the Presales role functions as the following:
• You will make face to face and internet based presentations of software solutions to potential clients, followed by in-depth analysis of outstanding issues to full customer's satisfaction. • You will play a very important role in qualifying the leads, competitor analysis, helping marketing carry out win/loss analysis. • You will provide internal and external training. • From time to time you will also work with existing clients to get a better picture of the implementation process. • You will assist colleagues from the Customer Services Team in selected delivery and upgrade projects where there is specialised work required by feeding back market and customer views on product and processes in order to ensure that company's products continue to be one of the leading solutions in the market. • You will help the Sales team to qualify the leads based on client's RFI/RFPs. • Finally, and very importantly, based on your own experience and invaluable feedback from prospects and existing clients, you will provide input into product functionality.
This is not a commission based role, but bonus is dependant on group performance.
Base in the 100-140K range, bonus 20-25%, plus full benefits. Travel at 50%.
