Based in Hong Kong and reporting to the CEO for Asia Pacific, this is new leadership opportunity to develop and implement the internal and external integrated marketing strategy across the Group.

You will ensure that this strategy meets both corporate and business objectives by involving brand building initiatives, public relations, employee communications, events marketing to support business development opportunities. You will be responsible for the promotion of local and global products and services, management of the region-wide budget and tracking of ROI. You will lead and mentor the team and develop cohesive inter-office communication strategies with business managers and work together with Europe to build the future global marketing plan for the organisation.

Suitable candidate's will be degree qualified and have a minimum of 10 years marketing experience in a large corporate environment, with 4 years in a management capacity. You will have proven ability to convert business strategy into a comprehensive marketing approach and identify potential avenues for acquisition revenue. You will possess outstanding communication skills, demonstrating leadership, influencing and relationship management skills with senior management and the team. Excellent communication skills in English are essential for this role with any language skills highly desirable.
