This is an excellent opportunity to join one of Australia’s leading Financial Services organisations in a newly created role. Due to recent growth, senior appointments and recent high profile acquisitions, the business is on the lookout for high calibre strategy professionals to join a top-tier strategy team in a highly visible, diverse role.

Responsibilities will include:

• Support development and execution of strategic imperatives for the Australian business
• Support ongoing development and definition of Strategic Imperatives
• Facilitate / coordinate the organisational change management process and help embed the strategic imperatives and initiatives in the business units
• Conduct/oversee business and commercial analysis on specific issues, develop recommendations and new projects
• New project launches Support CEO and Head of Group Strategy in a range of projects

You will have a minimum of 4-5 years commercial work experience, either from a consulting firm or strategy function within a major corporate, with exposure to financial services, or telcos desirable. You will have sound exposure to developing and executing corporate or BU strategy with excellent conceptual thinking and project management skills.

This is an extremely visible role in a high calibre team which will provide exposure at Chief Executive and Board level.
