Multi-Billion Dollar Hedge Fund seeks to add an Investor Relations Associate.
Requirements:

· 2 to 5 years of directly related experience in a corporate environment

· Attention to detail, ability to multitask, strong organization skills, proactive, professional

· Must be proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

· Must have the ability to effectively communicate with clients, both orally and in writing

· Must have excellent planning, prioritization, organization, and coordination skills

· Knowledge of Fundrunner is a plus

Responsibilities:

· Serve as primary liaison for all communications between the firm and its administrator and investors

· Process subscriptions and redemptions, keep the group updated on the flow of subscriptions / redemptions, and reconcile subscriptions and redemptions with the administrator and back office

· Maintain CRM database (Fundrunner) by updating contact information, updating meetings notes, and uploading balance information

· Perform clerical duties such as scheduling meetings with existing and prospective investors, maintaining records and files, making copies of marketing materials for investor meetings, answering the phone, travel arrangements, schedule coordination

· Responsible for making sure that IR professionals have all necessary marketing materials for meetings

· Update marketing materials on a monthly basis, which includes PowerPoint presentations and word documents

· Distribute monthly letters, weekly and monthly statements, and other Fund information to investors

· Provide administrative support to Investor Relations Principal and others in the group as need

· Respond to inquiries in IR Mailbox

· Coordinate Investor Relations responses when called upon in response to investor inquiries

· Marketing projects as needed
