Leading New York City Hedge Fund is looking for a specialist in the area of private equity compliance. The ideal candidate will have 5 years plus of experience in the area of private equity compliance.
This is an extremely rare opportunity for senior level private equity compliance officer to join a prestigious New York City hedge fund. This position will work directly with the Chief Compliance Officer and will be a growth position to the existing compliance group. This position sits with the business and will require providing advice regarding the fund's private equity business.Specific expertise in Chinese Wall issues, mezzanine finance and fixed income will be required. Compensation is extremely competitive. A JD is a plus but not required.
