Our client is a leading Investment Bank, due to continued growth in the region they are currently looking for a Senior Business Partner to look after a key Business Group.

Working and reporting both to HR and the Business this person will be responsible for the Asia Pacific region which will include Australia but not Japan. This is a senior level position that will focus on strategic talent management and succession planning initiatives. Alongside this you will be responsible for all regional project initiatives and will be able to manage a full roll out of new HR systems, policies, procedures and performance management programmes. Working with the business you will be their main HR guide and will need to provide senior level advice on mergers, acquisitions and country specific employee relations issues. You will manage a small HR team based in two countries and will need to grow and develop this team as the region maintains its strong growth plans.

The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of 10years HR experience that should have been gained within a high profile financial services organisation. Candidates from outside of the Asia Pacific region will be considered, however they will need to have worked directly for a global Investment Banking organisation to be considered for this role. We are looking for a forward thinking dynamic HR individual who is able to work with the business to create new and innovative HR solutions. Fluency in English is imperative with Cantonese and Mandarin skills being advantageous.
