Assist in the preparation and review of Fund's quarterly, semi-annual and annual reports to shareholders and file with SEC. Coordinate shareholder report mailings with transfer agent or distributer. Manage relationship with print vendors. Review the preparation and filing of N-SARs and N-Q for all Funds with the SEC. Review the preparation and assist with the filing of Form N-CSR. Work with the Funds Legal counsel and outside auditors with regard to filings, examinations, and reporting. Monitor and other financial reporting responsibilities as appropriate

Qualifications
BA/BS or equivalent experience Minimum of three years in the mutual fund industry, with a minimum of two-years in financial reporting Understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting, Attention to details Advanced analytical skills Strong organizational and communication skills
