This is an opportunity to work with iShares: the world’s most comprehensive family of exchange traded products with more than 190 exchange trade funds and exchange traded notes offered globally. We are seeking a high-energy Regional Sales Associate (RSA) Manager to be an integral part of the leadership team. This person will coach, develop and manage a team of Regional Sales Associates (RSA) that work with financial intermediaries and help them provide solutions for their clients. This position will be located in the Jersey City, NJ Business Center and report to the Head of Sales at the Center.

Responsibilities
  • Develop the talent and resources of the RSAs
  • Accountable for all RSA activities and accomplishments to optimize sales efforts
  • Foster high functioning teamwork across the office and BGI Community
  • Show RSAs how to differentiate, innovate and excel
  • Work closely with the Home Office teams to conceive and implement campaigns to support iProducts launches, topical or thematic ideas, investment strategies, and platform developments broker/dealer partner firms
  • Conduct quarterly reviews, personal development coaching, and performance assessments
  • Oversee RSA reporting of attendance, travel and expenses, and performance evaluations
  • Maintain exemplary compliance standards
  • Bring leadership, energy, creativity, and enthusiasm to the team

    Requirements

  • BA/BS degree required; Graduate coursework or degree preferable
  • NASD Series 7, 63, 65 and 24 securities licenses required
  • CIMA, CFP, CFA or wealth management certification strongly preferred
  • 5+ years direct sales experience with a mutual fund, ETF or separate account asset manager and/or as leverage partner internal specialist, branch/sales manager or financial advisor
  • Demonstrated success and regard as a leader among industry peers and trusted resource to advisors and leverage partners; previous sales management experience preferred
  • Extensive knowledge of industry trends and home office/national accounts personnel and organization
  • Diplomacy, graciousness, humility, and intellectual curiosity
