The Environment

Join an established global structured products team where your primary responsibility is to create innovative fund-linked investment products and enhancement of existing products to keep ahead in a competitive market.

The current Sydney distribution team specialises in delivering a full gamet of Structured Products to Institutional and Retail Investors. This is a newly created role in Australia seeking to leverage off an established fund-linked business globally by tailoring products for the Australian market.

Your Responsibilities

• Create and develop new and existing products, leveraging off your overseas colleagues
• Keep ahead of the competition by undertaking thorough competitor and consumer analysis
• Constant liason with the sales team to ensure clients needs are being met and new product ideas are being fed back from sales

Your Experience

• Experience working with Derivatives and ability to interpret potentially complex information
• Should have a minimum of 3 years structuring complex structured products (fund-linked distinct advantage)
• Ability to assist the sales team through utilising either your own network or providing technical support during the sales process
• Knowledge of Australian tax/law and advantage
• Ability to multi-task in a dynamic environment
