Experienced Spanish speaking ISDA Negotiator need for documentation position at large broker-dealer. Negotiator will focus on documenting derivative transactions with Latin American clients as well as money managers, corporate entities, banks, insurance companies, etc.
    Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Drafting Master Agreements and Confirmation provisions
  • Reviewing capacity and authority of documentation
  • Coordinating internal approvals across risk management, credit and legal as required

    Requirements

  • Fluent in Spanish
  • Bachelors Degree
  • 3 plus years of experience
  • Knowledge of Fixed Income products
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
