Six figure package in Senior Management!

Our client, a niche banking group are currently looking to appoint a suitably experienced individual to take up the high profile role of Manager of Treasury.

The successful individual will sit on the organisation's ALCO committee and will take responsibility for the effective running of the Treasury Department, including cash flow management, wholesale borrowing, capital management, loan funding and market risk strategies. This will include establishing effective treasury strategies that are aligned with the strategic requirements of the organisation.

The person we seek will be degree qualified with a minimum of 3 years treasury management experience and strong communication and negotiation skills. This is a highly autonomous role offering an excellent opportunity to be part of the senior management structure.
