The Senior Technical Analyst works under the direction of the Vice President of Information Technology and is responsible for assisting in the daily operations of the Citi Hedge Fund Services North America, Inc. local area networks. The candidate must have experience supporting multi-site networks in a heterogeneous environment and should be well versed in the following vendor solutions - Windows 2003 Active Directory, Citrix MetaFrame Server, and Microsoft Exchange Server. Additionally, Citi Hedge Fund Services North America, Inc. has offices located globally and the candidate must be available for off-hours support on an as needed basis.

- Microsoft Windows 2003 & Active Directory support

- Citrix administration & support

- Microsoft Exchange / E-mail support

- Disaster Recovery documentation and testing

- Server hardware and application software support, system upgrades and issue resolution

- Assist with IT compliance and regulatory needs.

- Maintenance of network file and folder structures to ensure data integrity.

*** Off-hours support is required as part of the team's on-call rotation. ***

Skills

- Bachelors degree or equivalent experience

- Five years experience in an Information Technology related position.

- Microsoft Windows 2003 MCSE required.

- Citrix CCA required, Citrix CCEA preferred.

- Strong organizational skills and detail-oriented personality.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills.

- Strong trouble-shooting skills.

- The ability to deliver work product in a timely and accurate manner.

- Ability to function well in a team environment.

- Knowledge of Sun Solaris a plus.
