Responsibilities include:
• Developing plans to support product enhancements and launches. • Developing B2B marketing plans and initiatives. • Project manage the development and execution of marketing initiatives in support of marketing plan. • Creation and execution of Marketing initiatives including all internal and external marketing communication materials. • Accountable for product positioning. • Develop and mange budgets. • Agency management in the development of a variety of internal and external communications. • Work closely with Corporate partners in development and execution of appropriate Public Relations tactics and Market Research tactics in support of product line objectives.
Qualifications include:
• Bachelor’s degree. • 4+ years’ insurance marketing experience. • Knowledge of group insurance products. • Experience in B2B marketing. • Ability to develop, lead and execute marketing programs. • Understand marketing, targeting, segmentation and positioning for competitive advantage. • Proven written and verbal communication skills. • Strong project management skills
