In order to re-enforce our dynamic team we currently seek a:

DYNAMIC RECRUITMENT CONSULTANT

Job Description:

  • Contact & search for candidates through different recruitment channels;
  • Selection, interview & presentation of candidates matching our job offers;
  • Follow up of assignments, contact with clients and candidates, scheduling of appointments, posting job offers…
  • Depending on your experience you will be in charge of the complete fulfillment of a job offers portfolio.


Your Profile

  • You have at least a bachelor degree and a first gained commercial experience;
  • Perfectly bilingual in French and English, knowledge of German being a great asset;
  • You have a sound judgment, the tenacity and determination to complete challenging assignments, and the flexibility/adaptability required to be successful in a multi-task, entrepreneurial, team environment;
  • Strong willingness to invest yourself in a young & dynamic company, offering challenging opportunities to motivated staff, operating in a truly meritocratic environment where your hard work and results are recognised and rewarded;
  • Experience in banking & finance would be considered as an asset.
