Nationwide Corporate Finance Directors/Partners required for this fast growing Top 10 firm. Uncapped bonus structure.

Superb opportunity to join this top 10 firm that is going through an agressive growth period. The corporate finance team is looking to grow by 100% in 2008 and they are looking for Directors and Partners to guide this growth.

They have been AIM Accountant of the year for the last 4 years and are ranked number 1 in the UK for fastest growing clients and also for clients with the fastest increasing earnings. Our market is for large deals for small and medium size businesses and for small deals for large clients, with a target transaction size of £5million - £100 million.

In order to really perform in this role you will be proficient in targeting/networking and winning work as well as being confident in the execution of M&A transactions (MBO’s MBI’s, disposals and fundraisings). Equally you will be required to provide strategic advice to a range of clients, play an active role in team management and the development of the department and office and support and develop sector expertise. It is also essential that you are able to identify matters which require the opinion of Partner, while making recommendations for possible solutions. Equally to ensure that individual budgets are adhered to and targets are achieved as well as identifying opportunities where additional services may be provided to generate further income.

With a strong academic record, you will be ACA / ACCA qualified and have three years experience as an Assistant Director/Senior Manager. It is essential that you have a track record of winning Corporate Finance assignments and have been a proven Team Manager. We also seek an individual with advanced Technical skills and who is service-orientated with the ability to build relationships with clients and colleagues. Excellent progression is on offer.
