Our client is seeking someone with Big 4 Experience for this San Francisco based position. Candidate will act as a liaison between the business user groups and the technical organization by planning, conducting, and directing the analysis of complex business problems.
. Candidate will be a key contributor to the DIME project (Document Imaging and Management Environment) by assisting/leading the analysis, design, and implementation of a solution for the Derivatives Operations group. In addition, candidate will work on a variety of projects such as system enhancements, new product initiatives and workflow/process analysis. Candidate will interact with various departments (e.g., trading, sales, middle office, operations, negotiators, confirmations and quality assurance) to support the interest rate, commodity and equity derivatives business. Candidate will work with user groups to provide training, resolve issues, assess user needs and recommend alternative solutions to meet their business requirements. Candidate will create test plans, test scripts and conduct system testing. Candidate should be articulate, confident, and able to communicate comfortably with all levels of the company. An ideal candidate would have experience in business analysis, project management, system lifecycle integrations, experience working with vendors, developers and business user groups.

Minimum Qualifications Education: Bachelors Degree Relevant experience: • Four to Five years consulting experience • Two to three years financial services experience in the back-office, preferred • Knowledge of financial products/markets and basic understanding of the OTC derivatives business, preferred • Proven experience in business analysis and critical thinking to conduct business requirements gathering sessions, business process re-engineering workshops and workflow assessments • Proven experience in project management with the ability to set and maintain priorities in a multi-task environment. • Highly motivated with ability to drive results • Demonstrate the ability to identify strategic opportunities and make specific recommendations • Demonstrate the ability to identify inefficient and/or ineffective processes and provide solution options • Proven ability to establish relationships with and influence all levels within the organization • Strong written, communication and interpersonal skills • Proficient knowledge of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Visio) • Enthusiastic team player who is willing to learn and seek guidance from others as needed • Aptitude to handle various tasks and work in an organized manner under pressure and time constraints
