We are seeking a talented individual to join the ISDA Negotiation Team at one of the nation’s most prominent financial institutions. We are seeking a senior person with at least four years experience who can work with little direct supervision. The unit prepares and negotiates master trading agreements (International Swaps & Derivatives Association (ISDA’s) and others) and their respective schedules, annexes and exhibits. Interest rate derivative trading with middle market clients comprises the most volume.

The compensation for this role is competitive with the current market.

General skills: • Expert knowledge of ISDA Master Agreements, Schedules, Credit Support Annex, Interest Rate, Commodity, and Equity Derivative Definitions • Precise communication and effective negotiation skills • Enjoys working in a trading environment and in a highly dynamic team setting
