Our client is a Bulge Bracket Investment bank looking to grow is EMEA Energy group based in London.

Due to significant expansion across the sector the team is looking to add a senior banker to the group at Director level. We will consider someone who is experienced at the (Senior) Vice President level with a strong background across the energy & utilities sector.

You will need a proven track record in M&A transactions, origination's and executions, specializing in either energies & utilities. You will run a team of Analyst, Associate to achieve deal executions and transactions. You will need good general knowledge of the debt and equity capital markets as well as strong financial analytical skills. You will ideally already be well established and working for a rival investment bank; however we will consider candidates from other backgrounds, if you have experience in corporate finance executions and origination in the energy& utility sector.

Bachelor’s degree in finance, business administration, or related field with 8 -12 years of experience in investment banking, valuation advisory services, or other related analytical environment related to corporate M&A and / or business development.
