Associate level banker required to join the Mezzanine and subordinated debt team within a very active and successful UK leveraged finance business.

As a result of the ongoing increase in deal flow, this UK bank is planning to expand the Mezzanine team by the addition of one individual at Associate/Manager level.

The team is part of a significant corporate leveraged finance business and focuses exclusively on arranging subordinated debt for leveraged and cross-over corporate-backed transactions in the UK. Convertible bonds and mezzanine are the principal products.

You should have a minimum of 2-3 years of leveraged finance experience, with specific exposure to mezzanine or similar subordinated debt.
