Our client is a new relationship-based investment bank that provides advice on mergers and acquisitions, restructurings and other corporate finance transactions. Our client also manages a $2B Private Equity fund.
Investment Banking Analysts are expected to assume significant levels of responsibility requiring a high degree of maturity, self-confidence and technical aptitude.

Day-to-day responsibilities of an Analyst include but are not limited to:

* Financial analysis and modeling * Company and industry research * Preparing client presentations and interacting with senior bankers and clients.

Our client seeking top performers to join their Boston team: * 1- 2 years of experience in investment banking * Core due diligence, modeling and valuation experience. * Significant level of maturity and the ability to work as a part of a small team with top company executives and senior management. * Bachelors degree in finance, economics or related field from a top tier university with a 3.5 or above GPA.
