Overview Due to the rapid growth of the Asian broking operations, our client wishes to recruit a Senior Oracle Financials Analyst to work in the Singapore office. The successful candidate will join a global team of professionals responsible for the management of the company’s ERP system and the user support required to maintain strong financial controls for the Asia region. Responsibilities
- Month end troubleshooting
- Implementation of functionality within ERP (eg Consolidation, Mass Allocation, Lockbox, etc)
- Customizing Oracle reports and Discoverer folders/workbooks
- User support for Oracle Financial Analyzer (OFA)
- Static data maintenance (eg Customers, Vendors, Employees, etc)
- System Administration
- XML Publisher
- PL/SQL
- SQL*Plus
- Workflow Builder
- Toad
- Oracle Forms
- Self Service (personalization of forms for iExpense/iProcurement)
Requirements
- Functional experience in the following Oracle Financials modules (Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Fixed Assets, Cash Management, iExpense)
- Exposure to 11.5.9/11.5.10/R12
- 50/50 split between tech/functional experience.
- Professional attitude and well spoken
- Management experience in spearheading projects and delivering them in a timely manner
- Understand accounting terminology
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Travel may be required within Asia, EU or USA
