Responsibilities:
- Provide business analysis and user acceptance testing (UAT) functions in support of the Fixed Income and Structured Products division and the respective Wholesale Operations supporting team(s).
- Oversee / manage Calypso system conversion
- Complex product review for projects
- Overseeing process re-engineering, application analysis, design and implementation.
- Assess business unit’s requirements and successfully document and communicate these needs to senior level management and technology partners.
- Perform and coordinate user testing.
- Interface with Technology, Operations, Product Control, Front Office and other areas as representative of the project
Requirements:
- 4 year degree in Business or computer related field. CPA or MBA preferred.
- Minimum 5-7 years experience in banking, with extended exposure to a trading environment preferred.
- Experienced with Calypso system conversion.
- Candidate should be able to creatively and effectively partner with the Operations Senior Leaders along with counterparts in other support divisions (Technology, Finance, Credit, Risk, etc).
- Proven performer with ability to work independently and in a team environment where members are from diverse arenas.
- Organized, creative, analytical individual with an ability to focus on the Big Picture while understanding and promoting details.
- Ability to communicate clearly and concisely to diverse areas and levels both verbally and in written form.
- Able to manage multiple initiatives concurrently and ensure projects are completed on time, on budget and within scope.
- Prior experience with Structured Credit Products Middle Office a strong plus.
- Experienced in leading teams preferred.
