TITLE: SENIOR INHOUSE LEGAL OFFICER MADRID

JOB DESCRIPTION: The successful candidates will be joining our client’s office in Madrid and they will be responsible for all legal matters pertaining to the running of the organization. Their role will include, but will not be limited to; the drafting of resolutions, contracts and legislative agreements. They will also be responsible for maintaining client relations and contributing to the organizations business development. The candidate will liaise with clients, account managers and local authorities on a daily basis, ensuring the company complies with all laws and regulations.

SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE/EXPERIENCE: The ideal candidate will possess;
A minimum of 2 years experience gained from working within a legal practice or in the legal department of a banking or fiscal organisation.
Be a Spanish licensed Lawyer.
Have the ability to work as part of a team and on own initiative.
Possess exceptional organizational, communicational skills and have the ability to meet and adhere to strict deadlines.
Fluency in both English and Spanish is a requisite for the position.

SALARY: Negotiable depending upon experience.
