Your Role:

The Product Manager Equities will champion the Equities business area and will have extensive knowledge and expertise of the Funds area and act as the product experts for it. He/She will ensure effective business management of the Equities product and will need to understand and meet the needs of Euroclear’s customers in this area.

The roles involves representing the product with internal and external audiences, and in addition to all the client-facing work, there is a need to research markets and product information, monitor regulatory changes, produce statistics and reports. The individual will need to work on their own initiative at the same time as consulting with other internal departments such as IT, business analysts and project managers to get the product up and running whilst liaising with the compliance and risk departments.

The Product Manager will monitor the market and conduct competitor analysis to understand Euroclear’s positioning and to enable the development of future strategies. He/She must be resilient and persistent enough to survive and push through what can be a long product cycle and be excellent at project management and coordination in order to steer the project through to completion. Communication of the product, provision of client facing support and credibility at senior levels will be important attributes.

•Excellent communication skills: Excellent communication skills, including the capacity to deal with various senior stakeholders internally, as well as the capacity to convey complex messages in written form and to be able to articulate policy recommendations to senior management and externally

 
Essential Experience:
•A good understanding of the different aspects of Euroclear services

•Experience in operations, project management and business analyst is a big plus

 
Education:
Typically business administration university degree, or other university degree but with strong interest for economic or financial background.

Essential Languages:
Dutch, French, English
