One of the major FTSE industrials companies is looking to add an Associate
Our client is a significant industrials business. They are a global leader and highly acquisitive.

They are now looking to add two professionals to their London 'in house' mergers and acquisitions team.

The roles will focus on the origination and execution of corporate development initiatives for the group. This might involve mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, investment appraisal and working on corporate strategy and other related activities. You will also work with the business units on corporate development and non - organic growth opportunities.

We are interested in receiving applications from candidates who will have a background of one of the following:

- Corporate development professionals from other firms

- Investment bankers

- Corporate finance advisors from the major accounting firms.

The positions are seen as being key entry points into the business with significant career prospects within the group, both nationally and internationally.
