Position requires subject matter expertise and experience in polices, practices and operations of the OTC marketplace. The successful candidate will be responsible for articulating the long-term vision of bringing unregulated bilateral OTC deals into our multilateral, central counterparty, regulated Exchange clearing model. Responsibilities will include analysis of relevant OTC markets and products, business practices and safeguards, systems and operational requirements, and customer/bookkeeping interface capabilities. This position will also work closely with the enterprise - wide OTC team and will contribute expert recommendations to ensure that clearing processing and financial safeguard requirements are met.

- 5 years experience in commodity, energy, and/or interest rate OTC markets - Extensive knowledge of ISDA policies and best practices - Extensive knowledge trade confirmation and reconciliation practices - Experience with OTC corporate events, periodic payments, and rate resets - Experience with fulfillment services and deliveries / final settlement - Expertise in middle and back office systems - Expertise in OTC intermediary services, ex. Swapswire
