This Senior Manager will be responsible for Leading WSS Pension Accounting Operations Center in Dallas.
The group provides pension accounting services to Fortune 500 companies who represent strategic client relationships for JPMorgan Chase.
The Center also provides Accounting - Custody and Investment Manager Reconciliation Services.
Position is a member of the WSS US Region Senior Management Team and the Dallas Campus Management Committee.

Responsibilities:Develop organizational model and optimal staffing level for accounting and reconciliation departments. Talent Management - develop a strong management team and staff by leveraging training, college intern and graduate hire programs Partner with Client Service and WSS Product functions to build and strengthen client relationships. Partner with Global Pricing Operations (GPO) to provide accurate and timely NAV reporting and seamless services to the clients. Represent IFAS with prospective clients during RFPS, sales calls, and client site visits to the Dallas campus. Create and maintain an environment that promotes effective communications between all staff levels within the IFAS Department Drive efficiency, Productivity and Control by continually assessing the operation to identify areas for improvement.
Drive Client Satisfaction by ensuring all client deliverables are achieved. Identify areas for improved automation and partner with technology to optimize technology platform.

Qualifications

Qualifications:BA/BS - Accounting / Finance MBA, or CPA preferred Minimum of 15 years in a Operations / Fund Accounting Managerial experience necessary
