Basic requirements:
- MBA, preferably specialized in HR
- 2 - 8 years of relevant work experience and proven track record with reputed organizations (consulting background, though an advantage, will not be a constraint)
- Strong concepts and documentation skills in one or more of the following areas: compensation & rewards; training/competency development/career & succession planning; organization and jobs design including job evaluation; performance management etc.
- Financial Services, Infrastructure/Construction, Oil & Gas industry exposure will be an advantage
