The role of the Senior Client Relationship Manager is to build up, develop and realise a high retention percentage within a portfolio of client relations in order to increase the net sales of funds and other firm products (structured products) and the profitability for the firm by listening to client's needs, by proposing them an adequate service level and by promoting the firm brand. The clients in the portfolio are mainly Private Banks and Fund of Fund-managers or Retail Distributors outside of the firm Group. You have also internal contacts with Marketing Dpt, Sales Institutional, Finance, … Profile: -A master degree (economics of finance preferred); -A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience within an asset management or private banking environment, ideally have experience in fund selection; -Strong knowledge of investment funds; -Having experience in portfolio/fund management or in product development would be considered as an asset; -Strong knowledge of Dutch, French and English; -Positive and dynamic attitude; -A team player; -Strong communication and presentation skills; -Ability to build up a network.
