Department Head - Investment Operations Manager

Our Client

Our client is a leading global provider of investment management solutions to Hedge Fund Clients. Their cutting edge technology enables them to provide a streamlined service while their focus on the development of staff leads to an innovative and dynamic environment to work in.

They are currently seeking an experienced operations professional to lead their Investment Operations team. The role will be focussed on growing the team significantly over the next 18 months, as well as on regular project work

The Role

The investment operations team oversees some of the primary functions across fund accounting, pricing, corporate actions and dividend processing. Some if the key responsibilities will be trade input, design and implementation of core efficiencies, development of the team, keeping up to date with industry developments and monitoring working of dividends, pricing and corporate actions.

The Individual

The ideal candidate will have a minimum four years experience in Mutual or Hedge Fund Accounting with a minimum two years in a supervisory or managerial capacity. As an individual the candidate must possess strong organisational and analytical skills, have a knowledge of portfolio accounting systems and be a team player. Experience of project management and hiring of employees is a big plus.
